Here are part numbers for all the various models (I was right about the "Plate Guide" part number for the 2012 Impreza). For Outback, labor estimate in the TSB is 0.6 hours. So dealership charged $1298/hr for labor. Make sure the shifter is fully locked into park. But here is a quick fix without using any tools.
