Over the years I have had at least 10 different rifles or barrels chambered in 300WM, a couple of them would shoot 180's well with H4831 but hands down the powder of choice for this combo is RL22. Use your IMR4064 and H414 in 22-250 or 220Swift with 55 grain bullets. Norma MRP and VVN165 also work awesome if you can find them.

The 300 Wby is a very hard hitting round. You want 180 gr to 200 gr bullets, the heavier one retaining more energy over longer ranges. A single bullet for NA is easy, 180 gr PT or AB. If you want to include the big bears, 200 gr PT for everything and don't look back. IMHO, I would start looking at the 180 gr AB.
