The sideloadly method with the injected .deb file is working for me on the iOS 17 beta 2 right now. Make sure to use 1.15.11 of the ipa. It works fine for me on iOS 16, no device on 17 to test. It also could be IPA problem, I think you can build and inject deb by yourself with ApolloPatcher, check on r/Jailbreak.
