On the floor just below the robot guy if you go to the window on the left there is a button you can't seem to press. If I press it your character just goes to the elevator. It's bugged. It's supposed to open another door in the tower, but I will not reveal where due to spoilers. I haven't checked to see if the latest patch fixed it.
