Conan Exiles. only need to put 10 points in here to get reduced stamina loss from sprinting. getting to 20 in Grit for the bonus stamina regeneration. You want to be able to keep sprinting away when things go badly. the ability to carry more in a survival game is always welcome. a full set of light armor gives you a big bonus to Encumbrance.

Not sure. Yellow Lotus Potion 10 yellow lotus blossom is needed to make it. Aloe extracts heal you. Lotus potion is the one for respec. You probably have aloe leaves in there as well and it made the aloe potion first.
