We are extremely understaffed. some days there’s like 5 or 6 employees working the whole center which make 200 donors feel like 400. There’s a lack of leadership. Pros. Decent benefits, decent pay, and I’ve made a few amazing friends there. Cons. The drama is ridiculous, and sadly it’s not just with line staff. Management is a huge part of the drama. The two big managers (Center and Quality) are the “my way or the highway” type.
