But this past week I started the AAMC CARS diagnostic (I test March 22), and am doing noticeably worse on the diagnostic passages, like getting 4/6 or 2-3/5 on passages, as opposed to 5-6/6 and 5/5’s that I was getting on Uworld.Uworld biochem is KICKING my butt. It is very dissimilar to what you might see on the AAMC, because it is extremely content based and trying to really hone that content knife to a point.A 506 on TPR can translate to anywhere from a 496-526 on the real thing. That's actually a really good score to get for your first TPR FL. Don't worry about it. TPR tests are good for certain things like content review, pacing practice, practice reading difficult material, etc, but they are nothing like the actual test.FL 1: 509 FL3: 508 FL2: 509.
