If it is a vacuum leak you will need to fix that before you completely damage the IWE and have to replace that as well. In the meantime, if you need to drive the truck you can do 1 of 2 things: 1. Line above check valve pulls a constant 21.5 pounds. Same out of solenoid. IWE line holds vacuum. Put vacuum hand pump on IWE line below solenoid and drove a couple miles to isolate IWE. Same noise in 2wd, no change in 4a or 4wd. No driveline noise in 4a or 4wd. I'm thinking this means the IWE themselves are shot.
