Joined APC: Jan 2015. Posts: 166. Netjets pilots are treated like pieces of meat on the road. That is the business model. It isn't going to change. You get beat into the ground, constantly changing, flipping day/night schedules, airlining, recoveries, etc. It is miserable but hopefully it doesn't make you miserable.
