The food at this Papas & Beer is pretty good; however, after the 2nd time in a month of visiting the restaurant and being charged over the reflected menu prices I decided to point out the discrepancy. The server refunded the over charge in cash to make up for the discrepancy as the manager was not available to discuss the issue.
