I know this isn't constructive and you are just venting, but if you are an RXOM or Tech, get a better job literally anywhere. Leverage the experience (and hopefully free ptcb certification) which walgreens gave you and JUMP SHIP. Walgreens will not try to retain talent as long as the talent continues to stay for no incentive.

RXOM here too. I definitely do more of the technician job than the RXOM job. I do rotate with my technicians. I answer phone calls, give vaccines, fill, type almost all prescriptions since most of my technicians don't or slow to type, and do some other technician jobs.
