If you have, then it's a good idea to disconnect the battery negative, wait a minute or so, and then reconnect to force the ECU to relearn the engine behavior. Any changes (intake, etc) result in a relearn situation.

July 2008. I purchased a 2008 Scion XB in May 2008 (Manual Trans). It has 4300 miles on it and about 2 months ago, when i start my car when the engine is cold, the car sputters, rough idols, mis fires whatever you want to call it.
