The only other thing to say is no, there's is no other mod that provides as extensive a quantity of meshes. There are about a dozen or so individual mods that collectively modify around 40% of the meshes covered by SMIM, but most of those are considered higher quality meshes than SMIM. Smim 1k is a solid choice no matter what load order your using. friendly smim is also great although it was designed with clevercharff in mind it still works great with other retextures. Recently a Smim I’m using is Lh smim which came out pretty recently. A lot of it is personal preference except for the 1gb one.

It's also 2k textures which is a huge resource drain. The newest SMIMs uploaded in the last couple weeks contain everything the old SMIM has with options for 1k or 2k, so there's literally no reason to use the old SMIM. It should just be removed. The only difference between those and Noble or Divine SMIM is the texture part.
