I bought a Toro Timemaster 30 mower a few weeks back. Many of you suggested that I raise the RPMs to 3600. So I did and it made a big difference. Before if you engaged the blade too fast, it would stall the engine. The mower also cuts tall grass easier, and leaves a better cut. The engine speed with out the blade engaged is 3600-3630 RPM.
