Skyburner’s Oath has two different firing modes. When firing from the hip, it behaves like a typical lightweight scout rifle; with the exception that it fires tracking rounds. This would theoretically be fixed by buffing the handling stat. Supposedly tracking rounds (like on a rocket launcher) are affected by the handling stat, for Skyburner's this would also boost the speed switching between ADS and Hip Fire.
