After that, I noticed my games where showing [!] and figured I needed to update the sigpatches. Sigpatches are backwards compatible with atmosphere but if you update atmosphere you will have to update patches as well. FW is backwards compatible as well. Fusee-primary will load patches by default, so it might be easier for you.
