I just looked to see for myself and both the M14 TRW IDF RIFLE RARE RIFLE 7.62X51 (#622468330) and the M 14 M1A forged receiver USA TRW (#621568519) are the same serial number on the same receiver manufacturer. So for about $250-$300 more (or so) compared to the Springfield Scout Squad with the walnut stock, one can purchase a rifle with forged compared to cast components (if that is important to one) and can "buy local."
