if you try and run BotW in Yuzu, you'll get somewhere between 50-70% the performance of running the Wii U version in Cemu. that's just how things are right now. Yuzu is way newer than CEMU, if you were around of the days when CEMU just began being able to run BoTW you would know that the performances were abysmal.

You can probably right-click the game in Yuzu's game list. Then there'll likely be an option that says Open Save Directory (I can only guess, I don't use Yuzu).
