I would strongly recommend using Resurgence when you’re new to Conan and switching over or getting rid of Vitality altogether once you get comfortable. Fast Healer makes it so you gain 50% increased healing from any source such as food, potions, and bandages though any passives will not be affected.Fast healing during combat is immersion breaking.
