I'm 40 hours in, focusing on quickhacking and stealth, and it really feels like the game could give a fuck about this build. There's no reward or satisfaction. There's a weapon mod called pax that turns the weapon it's equiped to into non lethal. Granted it reduces your weapons damage by 10% at tier 1 but it's an option if you can't figure out any other way.
