Best answer. Thanks! Season 2 province 27 stage 10 on hard mode. 60-70 recruits per stage. World energy cost 15. Use world flasks and loot tickets and max out recruit limits within minutes. That’s the map I generally go to each Atlantis rising event. I just did this and got 17 recruits. Definitely not the most efficient per world energy.
