It's very easy. First, pop off the little piece at the top front of the panel. It pulls right off with no tools. Then pop out the small rectangular piece of plastic in the door handle recess. There are 2 screws behind that to remove. Pull up the trim piece that the switches mount to and unplug them. No tools required.
