To be fair the unit 2 special salary adjustment was bargained for in exchange of the $260 health supplement that we have had since 2019. And I am fairly sure we got a lower GSI to make it seem like we were getting an SSA in exchange for the health supplement (the bargaining units without health supplements got larger GSIs).
