Which breathing is better? Mist is overall better with more combo extenders and higher damage output. Insect in my experience is only good with kamado now. People who say insect is better are still stuck in 1.3. If you use insect breathing right, it might be better in pvp but nothing else other than that.

KEEP IN MIND if you need it for grinding that means it has to be cheap. i honestly think beast breathing is great. I believe that beast is probably the best. Mist is great late game as well as early, only costs 2k yen (you do have to make your way through a “super scary” maze though), which takes maybe a minute or 2.
