To use this go to Tools->Reset Ease->Preferences and enter the decks and target ease values (or ranges). You can also go to Tools->Reset Ease->Reset Ease to reset the ease values immediately. To backup/restore the ease factors of cards in a deck, click on the cogwheel next to a deck. The menu has two additional options for importing and exporting.
