In bedrock villagers don't need a path to a bed or job block to link to it. Make sure you don't have any other beds or job blocks within 50 blocks of your farm. This simplifies villager placement (which in my opinion, is the most difficult part of building an iron farm) and any villager that goes AWOL will automatically be replaced. They need to be able to stand on the beds and not take damage for it to be valid. If there's a zombie, line of sight needs to be interrupted for villagers to sleep.
