The Imperial contains both blackface and tweed Fender Deluxe tones. The Royalist mkII contains three different vintage Marshall voicings: 1964, 1967 and 1970. I don't really favor one over the other because they are very different sounds.The FF is bassier, the gain is smoother and it has a very good cleanup. The Serie 3 Fuzz has a more even EQ, and the overall gain is more raw (Bias at 0). The cleanup is ok, but nothing like the FF. That why it reminds more of an earlier ToneBenber than a FF.
