The bigger surface area of the grip on the MACRO helps spread out the force on the hand and the slide comp helps as well. The difference is slight but noticeable.G19 will be easier to shoot well than a regular P365 because the grip is significantly larger, it weighs more, and has longer sight radius. P365 will be easier to conceal. Glock 19 is larger than the P365 Macro (largest in the series). Regular P365 is smaller than the Glock 43. The p365 is very concealable tho a bit to large for pocket carry. The 19 has a larger magazine capacity but the 365 has 12 rounders which are just a few less then the 19. The P365 has an excellent trigger, even better then the Glock. I'd recommend buying both actually but if concealed carry is the purpose then the P365.
