I got 145 questions on nclex.

So I took the NCLEX yesterday shut off at 90 questions total 145. My last question was a milestone question which I am certain I got correct. I had many SATA probably every 2 or 3rd was SATA. Seemed alot of high level. Is that a pass? Why would It fail at 90 is my rationale? I hope I can get some insight/feedback. Please help??? Passed Nclex in 145 Qs got bad pop up.
