There were quite a few steps in the process, including a probationary period after application process that not everyone makes it through. However, all of that is SO worth it. Miaplaza is a fantastic company. The culture is encouraging and kind. One thing that I love about Miaplaza is the transparency from the CEO and HR team regarding pay, benefits, and where the company is going as a whole. It has been apparent from the start that they want to offer their employees everything they possibly can.

Ex-employees bad mouthing their previous employer is a big red flag (especially if the data size is large and there are common trends). I applied and started the process for a role that said "this role has absolutely no coding involved". After getting through the first 2 rounds, the third was a one hour coding test. There are so many better programs out there for less or free. Mia academy makes grade keeping easier for parents but it is a dumbed down version of real homeschool. According to them, the science “avoids controversial topics” so it’s not complete/accurate.
