This post is also for those really that used the 100 page document and still scored 130 - 132 in their FLs and also consistently did well solely using the 100 pg + Uworld + AAMC. I watched all of the KA P/S vids and read the 300 page doc along with it. The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. The 300 pg doc is used to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Doing UWorld problems is a more valuable use of your time if you've already reviewed a decent amount of p/s. Just read the 86 pg doc. You can go through it in a day (provided its not your primary studying material and it's just review).
