Bugs and glitches prevent you from being able to go a full 30 years in Madden 22. Sucks. Offline save and backup saves is the only way to go with this game. Otherwise it’s like driving without insurance. I’m a little late, but I just found another thread that has the answer to this.

I was able to fix this problem by going into user teams under the options tab and creating a dummy user. Then I selected a new team owner, fired that teams offensive coordinator, then rehired him for my original team. Hope this makes sense.
