PL is different from lag because the packets of information that are being communicated are literally just lost, never received by the recipient. I've had similar issues. I thought it was my end but my internet is hella fast (Averaging about 20ping to 40 on other regions) but often the controls lock up, game spasms and rubber bands all over the place. Every once in a while it fine but the fact it happens several times a game. I'm loosing matches and to be honest, loosing faith in this game.No dropped frames or any lag. If you have a second display, you might want to put your 580 back in, set it up as your primary display, (top slot on the motherboard) and put the 1660 in a lower slot, and set OBS to encode using the 1660, while playing the game on your 580.
