I can't make your date code look like any of the examples, but it might not be the original barrel. An early 1956 gun would probably have a barrel made in 1955. As to the right parts, the later Breech Blocks and Locking Blocks will fit a pre-1958 gun. The only difference is the width of the rail.
Serial is 158964 on the receiver but S59726 FN on the barrel. I think the gun was made around 1930 but I cant work out how old the barrel is. Starting in 1968 the numbers went to 2 digits (68V) because they had used 8v already for the first year of production in 1958. So, your 69V is a 1969 gun.

No, I'm saying that the 20 gauge Auto-5 debuted in 1958. There was a Remington, "American Browning" in that gauge made during the war, but I don't think you have one of those. The date on these is very easy to determine.
