Food are the basic and advanced consumables for survival in Conan Exiles. Thralls will automatically eat certain foods if placed in their inventory. For thrall healing rates, see their diet table. All foods can also be fed to thralls manually by placing the food in their inventory and selecting "Use". This will apply effects such as Sated, Regenerating etc.

Relic hunters give zombies within 7-10k with no additional buffs. Zombies for now, they are obviously broken and until they fix them (next update in december) they are better, after that they will still be better early game if they don't nerf them into the ground but later a Thrall would be better. Katanas are nice, but you might want to check the short sword. Try a combo like heavy -> light, light, light, light. It seriously destroys everything.
