SPAN 320 - This class's main focus is learning about a different part of spanish culture each class. For each class, you have to read a short article, research something online, or watch a movie and then answer some questions about the topic. The daily commitment is kinda annoying since you have to complete an exercise for each class.

These are some easy gen-Ed’s I took that I found interesting: Psych 100 (intro to psych), kin 340 (psychology of exercise), kin 104 (ice skating at UI ice rink) there’s some other physical activity kin 100s as well, gws 275 (politics of fashion), Hist 101 (history now!) topic changes every term ...Psych 210, music 162, CLAS 430. Any dance classes, astro 101 and ess 101. ATM S 111, PSYCH 210, and ASTR 101 are decently easy and fun courses. Edspe 422! There's also FSHN 175, which is online asynchronous but I think they teach how to make your own yogurt and beer which seems really fun. I think CS 125 is relatively chill. Same with CS 173. A few of the intro classes for other engineering majors are "easy" but you've really gotta ask yourself why you're taking them. Physics 211/212 is an "easy" course. If you show up to class and do your homework it's pretty much a guaranteed A/B. That's how well the course has been set up.

NRES 102 was extremely easy. EPSY480 - 4 credit hours. I second this. Half a semester too. CLCV 100 wasn't super easy, but it wasn't that hard either (from what I remember of taking it back in 2006). As long as you do the work you'll be fine.
