How long natera results.

I just waited 13 days to get "no results" back from Natera on my NIPT due to low fetal fraction. The fetal fraction was 6.9% which should be high enough to get results. I'm 34 and weigh 160 so really don't know what to think. I'm nervous that something is wrong and also super annoyed it took so long to get no results. Like.Natera received my sample yesterday, 9/30.
