Is the mounting/adapter plate the same for the Holosun 507c and the 507k? I want to mount a 507c onto a Hellcat OSP and I always find the 507’k’ noted but not the 507’c’. I believe the Holosun’s footprint is slightly different on the 507k & 507c…so I want to make sure I get the correct plate.

I thought maybe its because I didn't have the plate. Got the plate and still...the red dot won't go down far enough.The 507k (KILO) follows the Shield RMS footprint. The 507c (CHARLIE) follows the Trijicon RMR footprint. Take the plate out and compare it to a straight-edge and see if it isn't a defect or something. If that doesn't work then check to see if the screw length is correct, though this is more of a hail Mary guess than an actual hypothesis.Anybody have the “correct” and proper way to sight in the holosun 507. I have already did the bore laser in advance for when I make it out to the range. Beyond that what would be the correct steps? This is my first red dot.
