People love Jera and Perthro but personally I like Black Rune the most. Lets u harvest stat bonuses in multi-item rooms, especially in the book rooms. Those are the only 3 I think are worth it tho as the rune bag gets worse every time u unlock another rune. The others just aren't worth it to me purely b/c of the rune bag.
