I keep getting ALP-1999 or ALP-999 errors. Called spectrum and told them all of the troubleshooting I have done and they rebooted my modem and sent signal and the issue was fixed for a week and now is back. weird thing that the issue only happens on cable channels. Local channels like ABC, CBS, Univision works fine.

Restart the Roku to clear its memory via Roku menu path Settings > System > System restart (for Roku TV and some Rokus running Roku 10.5 it's Settings > System > Power > System restart ).
