That is not the company culture, that is a shitty situation with bad management. I've worked for walgreens for 18 years (I'm an RXOM) and I can tell you my staff and I are like family. I have always strived for that in my pharmacy and I have techs that drive over an hour PAST other walgreens because they would rather work in my environment.
