for normal raids you want 78 herb, mid 70s farming/thieving, base 85s in all combat skills ideally. check out the wedoraids discord if you are trying to learn them. if you really want to learn solo raids woox has the best guide by far. wouldn't bother trying them unless base 90s with dwh, 90 (can do 78 but youll have to scout tek/muta) herb though.

cg, toa for sure, chambers solos are basically a 1.5x scale compared to normal and the olm fight/pre olm bosses are harder as a result so you may find it not worth learning till better stats. wouldnt touch nightmare.
