After letting the Geddy go, I don’t know if I should even think about these, but 1966 was a fabulous year for Jazz Basses. A few of my favorite players I like played them.

It gets a decent P bass sound, a decent Jazz bridge soloed sound, and with both pickups on full, gets a nice modern sound that doesn't sound like most P/J basses that I have played. So I’ve heard a lot of talk on talkbass about Sadowsky Basses and, I don’t quite understand the hype, I’ve picked up quite a few Sadowsky Basses, mainly Metros, and they just seemed ok at best. Could someone explain why Sadowskys are talked about and regarded so highly on talkbass?

The Agro is one of my favorite pedals. I used it to replace a VT Bass pedal that I just couldn't get to settle in despite many attempts. The Agro is way more versatile and useable IMHO thanks to the very easy but poweful Contour and Presence knobs. You can go with a bi-amp system, use a 410 for the upper frequencies, and use a powered 15" sub woofer.
