I think Skyward Pride is the 5* weapon that least benefits Razor, since he can battery himself pretty well & doesn't need ER as much as other claymore users. However, because it's a 5*, it's still better than most 4* weapons because its base stats are higher! (excluding Serpent Spine, since that one's nuts).

Skyward pride is a good baseline 5 star claymore for all claymore users. It will be good on itto. It isn't his BiS but it will do big numbers just fine. OH and congrats on the pull. It is a good weapon. I can't say for sure, although i'm going to build him with skyward pride. The issue with using Skyward Pride on Diluc is that his damage bonus is all in Pyro damage (15% + 22.5% + 20% +46% = 104% pyro damage, maybe even +15% from bennett for 119% pyro damage).
