Cyclic is your pitch and roll, and pedals control yaw.. I believe "turn" is a combination of these synchronized to make the controls a bit easier, I dont have it mapped so cannot say for certain. Analogue collective I have assigned to an axis, in basic terms it controls the up/down movement (elevation) of the helicopter. #1.
You cannot. You can have an AI in the gunner seat and tell them what to fire at though. Press ' T ' to lock onto targets and your gunner will target them. You may have to tell them to fire or hold fire depending on their behaviour or combat status. I was testing this in the Helicopter Showcase, using L-SHIFT to pull in collective, and L-CTRL for down collective, until in a nice hover 3-5 feet over the pavement. I normally use the throttle half of my Thrustmaster HOTAS for collective inputs. I don't even use the stick half in Arma, preferring the mouse and keyboard for attitude inputs.
