High acceptance rate = putting in work for door dash or Uber eats which results in happy customers. If you decline orders clients wait longer. That makes ppl mad and they most likely won't use the app anymore. Think of it as declining food drops is saying no to money for yourself and at the end of the day you're losing not your employer.
