The scammer is asking you for the code because they have used your telephone number to try and log into your account and the app is requesting the code they sent to YOUR phone. If you give anyone/scammer the code they then enter the code and change your personal info including banking to theirs.This has been happening frequently recently to good customers. I have wondered if your account has been used by scammers to place bogus orders to take over shopper accounts. When the hacked shopper accounts are finally flagged and deactivated, I wonder if it's throwing up a fraud alert on the original customer account used.
