As part of the build I decided I wanted to use a Midwest industries Quad Rail as non of my other builds have ever used a quad and I just liked the overall look/idea.It's a KS47 gen 2 upper I bought stripped from Palmetto State Armory. You can do it with gen 1 uppers as well, but you have to put in your own overinsertion stops into the upper. Otherwise, standard barrel and bolt. Bolt carrier is cut to accept AK mags.
