so I measured the FRP and got 585 while cranking, and 4900-5100 psi at idle. Didn't die, but would hiccup every other block or so. The only code it has ever thrown when this happens is P0336 which is Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. It doesn't throw it every time it happens and it clears itself before the 40 warm up cycles that it is supposed to. I'm in a pinch here.

The cam sensor is only used as a reference for the ECM so it knows which cylinder is at TDC. I would take a look at the crank sensor as well. If you apply a little bit of air pressure to the return line, and crank it, that will be your best chance of getting it to fire up quicker. Don't go crazy with the air though, 60-80 psi is about what I'd try to start off.Great, i would suggest measuring the low fuel pressure to the fuel filter input and output to the high pressure pump. I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing. That fixed my problem.
