After 4 months and 122 miles It had a catastrophic primary clutch failure that left me stranded. I took it back to the dealer and they told me that the primary clutch bolt backed out and wiped out the primary clutch and belt.

After it’s sat overnight, I get the 6 green light code on the SEVCON. I can disconnect the batteries and wait for an hour, then reconnect the batteries to fix the problem. If it is, you'll need a new belt.
